We accept consultations regarding concerns that may arise during the course of living in Japan.
For example,
＜Family Related＞
- I do not get along well with my in-laws.
- I would like to live alone with my spouse.
- My thoughts regarding child rearing differ from my husband.
- The family told me to return to my country.
- I want to get a divorce, but what will happen to my parental rights?
- How to get a divorce in Japan. When my husband passed away the family told me to return to my country.
＜Life Related＞
- I want to go to the hospital, but I cannot speak the language.
- My child was bullied.
- I would like to apply for public assistance.
＜Work Related＞
- I want to work, but what skills are advantageous to acquire?
- I do not get along well with my company superior.
- I am unable to receive overtime pay.
Whatever the concern, it is okay.
Language: English, Chinese/Taiwanese, Korean, Tagalog, Portuguese, Spanish, and Thai. Other languages by consultation.
☆ Telephone consultations and consultations by interview in Japanese are free of charge. Only interviews through an interpreter require an interpreter charge.
[ Interpreter charge: 2000 yen for 1 hour. 3000 yen for from more than 1 hour to 2 hours.]
However, employment support and consultations relating to public assistance applications are free of charge.
★ Telephone consultations and telephone interpretation is free of charge during the following office hours.
★ Consultation for family members as well is okay.
